As [Serenat Otel İşletmeciliği Turizm Ticaret Anonim Şirketi] (“Serenat”), in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and relevant legislation and legal regulations; this clarification text has been prepared regarding the processing, storage, and transfer of your personal data.

 

Which Personal Data is Processed, and What Are the Purposes, Legal Grounds, and Collection Methods for Processing Your Personal Data?

 

In the course of our activities and business processes, we conduct customer satisfaction surveys to track our customers' opinions, suggestions, and complaints regarding the services we offer and to improve customer satisfaction. If you participate in the surveys we share with you, the following personal data is processed: identity information such as your surname and passport number, contact details like your phone number and email address, Voucher ID, the tour you participated in, the services you received within this context, and the responses and comments you provide in the survey.

Your contact details are obtained directly from you when you enter into a contract with Serenat and are processed automatically for communication purposes regarding the survey process. Your identity information and customer notifications are collected directly from you through the survey website, and automatically processed through your responses to the survey questions and the comments you make.

 

The aforementioned personal data is processed for the purposes of obtaining and evaluating suggestions to improve business processes, managing loyalty processes related to the company/products/services, conducting customer relationship management processes, carrying out customer satisfaction activities, and performing storage and archiving activities.

 

All of the above-mentioned personal data categories are processed based on the legal ground stated in Article 5 of the KVKK: "the processing of personal data is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, without violating the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject," limited to the purposes specified above.

 

To Whom and for What Purpose Can Your Personal Data Be Transferred?

 

Your personal data can be transferred in accordance with the rules specified in Article 8 of the KVKK regarding domestic transfer, with necessary technical and administrative measures taken:

 

● To affiliates for the purpose of obtaining and evaluating suggestions to improve business processes, conducting customer satisfaction activities, and performing storage and archiving activities.

 

● To suppliers for the purpose of conducting customer satisfaction activities.

 

The personal data will only be transferred to the extent necessary for the relevant purposes.

In accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK on international transfers, personal data can be transferred to foreign suppliers only in accordance with the "standard contract" transfer method and with the necessary technical and administrative measures, solely for the purposes of conducting business activities, communication activities, and storage and archiving activities.

 

What Are Your Rights as the Data Subject?

 

Under KVKK and relevant legislation, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

 

● To learn whether your personal data is being processed,

● To request information about your personal data if it has been processed,

● To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose,

● To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, whether domestic or foreign,

● To request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect,

● To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions stipulated by KVKK,

● To request the notification of the correction, deletion, or destruction of your personal data to third parties to whom it has been transferred,

● To object to the results arising from the processing of your personal data exclusively through automated systems,

● To request compensation for the damage caused by the unlawful processing of your personal data.

 

How Can You Exercise Your Rights?

 

You can submit your application and requests related to your personal data, using the Data Subject Application Form available on our website.

● By post to Belek Mahallesi Turizm (Çamlık) Cad. No:14/1 Serik/Antalya with a wet-signed copy and identity documents,

● In person at Serenat with a valid identity document,

● By Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature to [serenatotel@hs01.kep.tr],

● By email with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature to [kvkk@xanaduhotels.com.tr],

● By email from the previously notified and registered email address in our system to [kvkk@xanaduhotels.com.tr].

 

How Long Will It Take to Respond to Your Requests Regarding the Processing of Your Personal Data?

 

Your requests regarding your personal data will be evaluated and concluded as soon as possible, and within 30 days at the latest, free of charge. However, if the process requires additional costs, a fee may be charged according to the principles specified in the Notification. Our reasoned response to your request will be sent to you by email or post or via the method through which the request was made, if possible.
